AXYS A-Arm Braces

After a successful last season, we are once again offering our AXYS A-Arm braces to reduce the chances of bending your lower A-Arms.

It is widely known that although light, the aluminum arms do come with a design that is weaker than previous steel versions.

The Source Innovations kit comes with a pair (right and left) braces that greatly reduce damage the damage of lower arm damage.

Most bends occur early season from lightly catching hidden rocks with the carbides and the narrowest back part of the arms often bend.

The braces strengthen this area only and leave the rest of the arm to be able to collapse in case of a serious hit.

Pricing is $199 CDN for the kit, (approx $150 USD)

Picture 4 is front impact into a tree, arm will still collapse.
Picture 5 is new arm v.s arm that the sled caught a rock on the carbide.

Nice machine work!

Have a better pic of it installed on an arm?? (off the sled)
Pic #3 just does not give a good view of what you are offering.

Is the kit for one arm... or both lower arms?

They are very easy to install. My sled has a really wide aftermarket belly pan protector and it was the only thing that made it a bit tighter to install. The arms do not have to be removed to install even in my case. They simply slip over the arm and the inside bolt goes through the window in the arm. The outer bolts simply clamps the brace in place. As the arms are forged, not all will be of exact measurements but the braces flex when tightened and lock on. The inside of the brace is machined to match the narrowing of the arm.

I purchased a set of these last year and ran them on my 600 AXYS racing RMSHA in the 600 stock, and 600 and 700 Improved stock classes. I never bent an A-Arm with them on. Here is a pic you can see the brace on the lower right A-Arm.

Wow thanks, that is a great endorsement! I did not know they would get such an awesome real world test as that.

Thanks. I will most likely be purchasing some. Price at check out converts to US currency ?

Just use your your credit card and your card company will do the exchange rate in your favor when you get your bill.

We put a set on a 2017. No problem. One side was a little tighter than the other indicating that Polaris tolerances may be off a bit but the braces can bent open slightly to install if necessary.

Thank You for getting back on this . I was able to get them to fit , had to file a little to get the right side to fit , they look great !

Thanks, some arms have some casting bumps on them that can be filed. Or the aluminum of the Arm Candy does flex and can be opened up but it may be more difficult than filing. Most guys just tap them into place with a soft hammer.
