Thanks for all the good Info Nelson can you post some more pics of your rails with diferent views would like to see what angles you cut your rails at.

I sold that sled last spring. I don't keep them very long. This is the only picture I have that show's the rails somewhat. I cut the rails where the plastic tips are attached, rounded the rails and tapered the hyfax.
