The oldest continuously running avalnache school in southwest CO. This has some of the best snomobiling and is one of the most avalnche prone areas in CO. We are located in the San Juan mountains in South West Co 50 Miles north of Durango. The link to the avalnche school is http://www.silvertonavalancheschool.com. It offers a level 1 and level 2 courses.
