Avalanche at 10k

[HighMark Adventures]

Was notified earlier that an avalanche took place up in the 10k area (Coquihalla) possibly one death. Still no word or confirmation on this. Have lots of friends who sled up there. Anybody with any info please share.

ohh my god thtas unreal i was up there on sunday and was gonna post that i caused 2 avalanches it was very scary. not fun at all the snow in the back there is so unstable. i feel bad for not posting my prayers for all of those people

Thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Sad to lose another one to the sport we all love. Big storm system rolling through much of the inter-mountain west in the next 48 hours. Everyone please ride safe during and after.

People....be safe out there. There has been sort of a general weather pattern for everyone this Nov and Dec and This big dump of snow is covering up some pretty bad ice layers.
