Attack, Invasion and Death to USA on 9/11

Two USA Embassies were attacked yesterday and many Americans were killed.

It happened on 9/11 and I MUST know what the present administration 's atmosphere and protocol is in this world.

Who attacked the US Embassy?

Why did they attack the Embassy? 9/11 reminder?

When was the last time a US Ambassador was murdered in an Embassy?

Was security relaxed? Reduced for what reason?

What did each country where the Embassy located do to stop/control the violence?

How was the attacked coordinated so it can be prevented in the future?



My prayers go out to those injured and to the family of those killed.

Our Pres has been too busy on the Campaign trail to worry about this stuff....5 minut talk this morning then off to Nevada for a fundraiser and then Letterman.

It's not like there is anything urgent going on around the world with Libya, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, 60,000 troops with their lives in danger, so he hasn't bothered to show up for his Daily Briefing meetings since the 5th or he might have known to provide more security for our Embassy's and people in them....especially on 9/11??? Perhaps???
I'm sure he has "his guys" taking care of that trivial stuff.

An Ambassador has not been killed since I think 1979. Very sad we lost this guy. He was well liked by both sides. They really killed a guy that helped them out a lot. He was known for going into places others would not because of fear of safety. He never feared dying doing his job. RIP

maybe the Ambassadors should go into the crowds and apologize ... you know a personal outreach

I'm Saying that they lost a guy that was a good link between them and us.

US state department should tell these countries to get their crowds under control or we will use our Marines to protect our embassy's.

Lose lose. We stand there we lose our embassy. We defend them and then we are an aggressor.

I imagine these types of warnings happen almost constantly. It isn't until after the fact that the importance of these warnings is verified. I would imagine that security issues also need to flow a ways through personnel (info gatherers to analysts to managers to directors to other departments...) before they reach people that are authorized to act on the information.

Just my thoughts.

Why are we there if the host country cannot keep our embassy safe? Pull out and cut off all trade with them.

Has anyone else heard that there ARE Marines there......but the broad in charge over there wouldn't let the Marines carry live ammunition in their weapons. What were they gonna do.....throw the gun at the terrorists?

There are parts of that story that are not true. The ambassador was alive at the hospital, there is video showing this.

Any of that is hardly a cover up.

Actually he was tortured and killed at the embassy house....it is all on video and was watched live in DC. He had items shoved up his *** and into his heart according to the coroner report.
People should be highly disturbed that an event that was a planned attack by Muslims that hate Americans, was twisted by Obama (or whoever made up the youtube story) into something that was brought about by one Americans hatred for Muslims.....why would ANYONE make up a story in an attempt to distort the truth 180 degrees??

It is pretty interesting that anything dealing with the middle east there news from the middle east says something completely different.

I also find it interesting that people against the Obama administration continually believe the people of the middle east.
