What if it was a 35 year old male teacher doing a 17 year old cheerleader? People would be screaming for rope. You know these female teachers are getting off in court.

My view...
At 17, a willing participant is a willing participant.
No harm, no foul.

If I was that kid I would have flunked all my classes (except hers) just so I had to repeat the grade next year!

Even when people are being raped their body often gets aroused, it's a natural reaction. Arousal doesn't mean consent though.

I had a teacher that gave me THAT look a few times. She was hot as hell and only 26, I was 18. Thing is I was too dumb and nieve at the time to realise it was THAT look. I thought I was just imagining it. I ran into her about 6 years later and she asked me out on a date, I had just got engaged. Bummer!!!
The worst part of this story is the 17 year old was home schooled!!!
I'm sorry, but a 17 year old knows what he's doing and would be a fool to pass up a sweet piece of azz like that. Now I agree a teacher shouldn't be banging students, but her punishment should be getting fired, not jail time.
