It was ME. I was the winner of that auction.

The timing was all too close for me.
I thought I had my own chassis sold. The deal was all but done. So I took a leap of faith and bid on Mike's Assault. I waited until the last day of the auction to bid because I thought my check was supposed to be in the mail.

THEN, the day after this auction ended, I get a call from my buyer saying that he can't buy it now.

That's where the ripple effect started.

Mike and I worked it out and I gave my apologies.

I do have another person interested in most of the chassis...enough for me to buy a new sled...but that deal hasn't materialized either. Timing is not good enough for me yet.
