Assault 800 NOT part of the engine recall...???

I heard today from a guy that the Assaults having no engine problems are not part of the recall...??? First I've heard this, truth??

I do not believe that is true, pretty sure all 800's will be recalled, I have an 08 800 and just got my letter.

My Assault is allready updated, (done last tuesday), and if we get them fixed here you should too.

I know it sounds corny but it's not a recall, it's a service bulletin, they a huge different in legal terms, service bulletins for engine durability update

Call your dealer, the Assault is part of the 800 servie bulletin. Friend just dropped his off last Saturday.
