All places I have seen it is a sausage fest. Unless you go to the Grizzly and try and pick up the waitresses. I haven't been to all the bars in Revy though, maybe your friend needs to try Tinder when he's there.

We went to a few places in town last week while we were up there - Toonie Tuesday at the River City Pub (Regent Hotel) was the best we found for looking at the "scenery". Get there reasonably early if you want to grab a table.
