Arctic Cat M series Bulkhead/Tunnel

Myself along with three other guys that I ride regularly with having been having problems with the bulkhead to tunnel connection on our M Series sleds. I ride a 2008 and my friends ride a 2007 and two that are 2009. All the sleds are breaking the bulkheads right along the top of the cooler that sits infront of your drivers right in front of the steering post mounting bracket. Anyone else experience this?

Do a search. There were some that were plating this. From what I have heard it is not that common. Are you running your steering post loose?

yes I have a 2007 m1000 that did it in that exact spot. It was about a 2 or 3 in crack i tore it apart and took it down to the fab shop and had them weld it up for me.
