Apex wont build boost

Hi, I have a o6 apex 310 kit , on the weekend I changed the battery, I removed the intercoller, replaced battery, reconnected all hoses charge tube, all the connections on the throttle bodies are good, went out for a ride Saturday , all was good, then after about 5 km up the trail , I lost all boost, I've went through everything I can think of, there seems to be no excaust leaks, I put my hand over the muffler, and the motors stalls right away, can't seem to find any leaks between the intercoller and the turbo , the blow off valve is good, I have a manual turbo smart boost controller , I by passed it to see if it was causing a issue, no luck, the waste gate seems to be fine, I did notice the input wheel on the turbo , had little chips in it,from ice . if I put my hand over the intake of the turbo , there is suction there, I phoned mc express and they figure its my brain box, I just can't see it being that, any help would be appreciated, thanks

check intercooler for cracks, or a clamp may have come off between intercooler and throttle bodies and blowing your air out there.

does it have the altitude boost ajust valve ,ajusts boost as you go up in elevation.it can cause no boost if it fails
hey big fish, no i dont think it does, its one of the first Mc express kits, it does sense barometric pressure but doesnt adjust boost at altitude, so i dunno, tomorrow im going to take the silencer off the turbo, and take a look at the turbo, thanks for your help

i checked the clamps and the boots between the throttle bodies and intercooler, there good, i will take a good look at the intercooler tomorrow, is there anyway i can pressure all this with air, and spray with soapy water, thanks for your reply,

yes you can make a pressure tester with a pcv cap & a air fitting put in your turbo intake then pressure to 15-20psi.if you have a few miles check your exuast donuts & the flex belows at the back of the motor they are known to crack.

Hey Big Fish, i found my problem, its my turbo the exhaust fins are chewed up bad, i took the bearing out of the center section of the turbo, i belive its from hauling it without a bag over the intake filter, we traveled 6 hrs i think it spun all the way to revy with no oil , i thought being a rear mount, it would be fine, live and learn, thanks for all your help
