Apex or Nytro?

I like the apex chassis better. I'm not used to the nytro or rev and I don't think I'll ever own one.

Will a 16" track fit in a NYTROchassie?:rolleyes:

Yup, it will fit, if you mount spacers between skidmounts and chassi!

And as Anders "Nytro MTX Sweden" says, it's easier to mention what he hasn't done then what he has done to solve his belt issues!
@ first i was 100% sure it was a clutching issue, but nothing we did improved belt life, only sled performace, then he had the dealer check for bad alignment, twice, but they found nothing wrong, geared down, he have tried adding spacer behind secondary, he have tried remove spacer behind secondary, both clutches build heat when driving active, the way a Yamaha turbo should be driven, when nothing helped he added vents all over to improve airflow, didn't help much, they might help in more settled snow (and on trails) but not when playing in deep snow under load.
And it's not that Anders driving style kill the belts, when i drive with him the Apex clutches gets warm to the touch, but Nytro clutches gets frying hot, an egg gets ready in no time!
I have starting to wonder if the chassi skew under load?
But it could have been worse, an XP kills the belts even faster and is 3 times as expensive!

Ok, then it would be a 16"camo extreme on it. Are the white CRRACING nytro with -08 CAT rearsuspension yours? I saw this machine in the swedish snowrider magasine earlier:) Live in Norway( 60 MIL, (not miles) from Boden). :beer;

No, it's a country fellowmen to you that owns it, i heard it wasn't just a bolt on to put an Arctic skid in there, the rails was to straight in the front @ first!
Everyone will benefit to rip the Maverick from their Yammis and get an Extreme instead, and especially one with a Turbo, i drove with the Maverick for a while a couple of years ago, but it never hooked up to the snow @ all, when i put in the Extreme it felt as putting in over 100hp to the sled.

Yes it will, you have to go with a different drop bracket such as the KMOD or i beleive the CR racing one will make it fit. Some work to switch some rivets around to stop rubbing.

It's a bolt to the chaincase that needs to be put in from the inside of the tunnel, and then a little grinding on the head, that together with washers and dropdown brackets there's plenty of space :rolleyes:
