apex handle bar inner dia???

Hi guys i need to find out the internal diameter after you remove the handle bar hooks on a 06 apex. Wanting to put on a aftermarket alloy hook that are 14mm inner dia.

the risers you buy are for 7/8 inch bars at the center of the post i think the bars are the same all the way through,
