Apex from the Flats to the Mountains

I recently moved from Minneapolis to Denver before I left I purchased a 07 Apex Mountain SE. I haven't bought sled in 10 years since it doesn't snow in MN anymore and the last was '96 XCR. I'm currious am I going to have to do any clutching for the elevation change? I'm assuming since it's FI i'm not going to have to change anything in regards to that, BUT I have had a few people talk about different chips for the elavation, is there any truth to that or are they hitting the pipe a little to much?

I don't think you need to change anything. Try calling www.mountaintechbv.com and ask them

I believe they come clutched for 8-10000 feet. It depends if the dealer had changed it for the lower altitude in Mn. Fuel injection will be fine but it will need to be clutched for the altitude you are planning on riding at.
