Apex custom tunnel with drop and roll and 3.2" track

How thick was the aluminum both the plate and skin? Looks great have a similar idea for mine. Thanks!

I used 1/16" aluminium for the front pieces and the rear pan, and 3/16" for the side stiffener rails which have the suspension mounts. I bought the running boards and edge coolers from Vanamburgent. The two front pieces are riveted to the stock centre section that covers the exhaust.

Kinger9,
I can sell you the aluminium cut and bent for $1000 CDN plus shipping, and give you some crude instructions with pictures if you want. I want you to understand that this is all custom, so you need to know what your doing. It would be beneficial if you have done a tunnel swap before.

Thanks powerpole, I am ok for now, I was thinking of using carbon fiber plates vs aluminum. You sled looks amazing!

VERY nice work, it looks like it will be a blast to ride! Now that it's (apparently) finished, I'm going to ask for what I'm pretty sure others are wondering as well....can we please see a video of the sled in action? :) I'd love to hear that motor and see that 3.2 kicking up some snow!
