to be a smart azz i can see why your changing your ANTIDRIVERS as i would also be very sad to not beable to drive my track!!!bhahaa sorry had to it was killing me!

I'm pretty sure in this case you should be taking your machine to a dealer for the work to be done
Otherwise i can see a negative outcome
Cheer's

chill dude just reword your question its anti-ratchet drivers and some body might see it and reply!you need more accurate detail to allow people to help.

I apologize for being rude, I typed this when I was at work with little time. What I am wanting to do is replace my anti ratchet drivers because they are stripped out, so far I have took the turbo off, secondary clutch, most of the chain case bolts that are visible without pulling the chain case cover, do I have to pull the chain case cover? Brake? Brake caliper? Rotor? Engine exhaust manifold? Thank you

get your chaincase cover off, remove the brakes and everything thats in the way to get the cover off. remove chain by loosening the tensioner. remove the bottom sprocket, will be a snapring or a bolt, cant remember. now go to the clutch side and remove your speed sensor, and all the mounting stuff over there for the bearing. keep track of where your bolts went. the bearing should have a set screw on it that u will need to loosen with a allan key. it will be small, shine a flashlight up inside the tunnel and u will see it. kinda sucksgetting at the set screw. now remove the bearing. next u can slid the jackshaft out towards the clutch side and the chaincase side will be free, wiggle it out, lift sled in air if u have to. sucks getting the jackshaft out.
for changing drivers, measure and record everythings position with very accurate measurments. good luck!

Not only do you need to remove the chain and the sprockets but you also need to remove the chaincase back plate as well. there is no Hex key on the bearing side but remember that there are two allen screws that have to be loosened for the bearing to come off. You will want to remove the driver shaft towards the chaincase side because the shaft on this side is longer and it is easier to get the shaft out of the bearing side first. You will also need to remove your suspension as well.

I have the same sled with the same turbo and you do not have to take the turbo off to change the drivers!

Thank You all

Hey guys, thanks for all your help I was able to get the drivers out and replaced, Replaced with extravert they seem pretty good,Just gotta put it back together, lol, which shouldn't be too hard, just time consuming, I will make sure the track is tighter this time. Also when the sled tore up the drivers, it would not rev past 7k Its a 2006 apex boon docker front mount turbo series 25, pure logic fuel box, what should I check? The box seems to be working but I'm not completly sure, air fuel was reading about 13.5 which it needs to be richer but that wouldnt cause that it not rev past 7k, what else should I check? Throttle bodies to the engine? Water in the intercooler? Exhaust manifold from the turbo to engine? Heard of troubles with them? Thanks for any help.

Which set screw on driver to tighten first?

Which set screw do i tighten first on the drive shaft? Sitting on sled, right or left hand side, or in better words, clutch side bearing set screw first or chain case set screw first? I cant remember, Thank you

Hey what was diameter of the drive shaft, I will be doin a track swap in my future, would be nice to know thanks,
