wondering about clutching. sled had dalton adj's base at 83.7 grams with no extra in them. has yellow/white spring. just wondering if there is something better out there or something that will help keep temps down. thanks

I have a set of Supertips that would work for you. The profile is much the same as the MDS clutch weights I have. They are 60 gram base but you can add 44 grams total to them.
 
Your playin with fire at elevation on that TD4stage unless your just flatlanding it! Pretty sure its untested at elevation but definitely add the fan your gonna need that air to be pushed out of that heat cave!

I agree about the intercooler fan, you need one. Very important to get airflow through the core when you are climbing at a slow rate (not like on the groomed trails) and have that low density air not doing much to cool it...

The 4 stage has been tested by tuners for us. Not myself personally (Ben)
This year we are going to the mountains to make sure the tune is as close to perfection as possible.

it has the daltons in it now just wondering if theres something better that helps with the clutch/belt heat. never got to ride this sled the way it is now but sapose to be great.

I added my thoughts in red. The sled is heavy enough as is. You may want to be careful about items you add that add weight like the gas cans. If you don't need them don't get them or just go with 1 2.5 can.

outlet was just gonna get theirs cause thats where everything else came from but gonna be talking to evo at haydays and prob get theirs. gas tank im getting the 1.3 tank kit not going out with out extra gas. not worried about adding a thing or two that adds a couple pounds. already lost 30 lbs with a couple parts
