Anyone use a air ride receiver hitch?

Have any of you used one of those receiver hitches that has the air bag in it?
Thinking about getting one for pulling the sled trailer and camper.
It looks like a good way to smooth out the ride but they do cost some $$$!

i have used one for 4 years to pull my 8.5x28 enclosed race car trailer on the crappy south dakota highways ! it helps with the shock and makes infinite hight adjustability... its holding up good...

I have one called the Schocker Hitch. I have had it for 6 years. I would not use anything else. Its made 12 trips out west and many miles with a skid steer trailer. I think I paid 300 dollars for it and never hhad to replace anything.
