Anyone try the new 3d programing on the pro yet

I bought a bd pump gas kit for the pro, it was a very clean install but when I ran it the numbers were way off, I am riding around 2k'. I have had no det issues at all, I am wondering if am gonna have to start over from scratch with the tuning or if the new numbers are spot on

Boondocker tuning

From my experience with the boondocker kits, the tuning fuel numbers have been very close and ran great right out the box. If they have an upgrade that they are offering I would say it will run better if not great after the upgrade.
 
I ran the new 3D mapping today and it worked well. However, I did see Det on 10.0-10.5lbs with 3.5gallons of race today. I lowered the boost to 9lbs and it went away. I later went back and added fuel to 8300hi and 8500hi and ran 10lbs and it worked well and had no Det again. I still need some time on it, but it seemed good. It was very icy today so hard conditions to test in. Today is the first day I was able to turn it this high and not have Det. I will say that I have seen some Det issues before this program, mainly on long WOT pulls on the hill. It was periodic, but it did happen......so Inkedrider......there was some truth to what you said previously. While it did not happen all the time, and only happend under a load at WOT, it did happen. However, this new tune seems to be good, and possibly the real deal. One problem I am having is our fuel out here has Ethanol in it so I know that affects things. I am going to add a little more race fuel next time out and see how high I can turn the boost....probably 11-11.5. I am not sure how much the Ethanol affects things....if anyone can chime in on this I am all ears.

that sucks that you have ethanol i dont like running that!! i cant wait to get my box back i already loved it cant wait to ride again!!!

What is all your numbers and what elevation with new 3 d map???

Ran 10lbs all day on 50/50(with Ethanol) and had no problems. I had to lower my 8300hi to 32 and 8500hi to 35. Seemed real good there. Very happy with the sled!!
 
Anthony also on a 50/50 mix no DET but curious have you leaned out any numbers in the EXTRA screen on MED and HIGH??

I am at -8 and -10 and it is super crisp.

Just curious is all
 
Shoot.....I dont even know how to get to the extra screen. But please do tell. Either way, I am happy the way she is running......
 
BD Pro Turbo

I got to spend a half hour of seat time on Justins (Code Red) Pro ride yesterday. Have to say, I am very impressed. That thing rips. I think the bottom end on this sled is the closest to stock set up I have ever felt on a boosted sled. No lag period. Not even a little. Never hit det once and it wasn't for a lack of trying. BD really has it together on this sled.
 
So I got 2 of the BD Pros that I put together out up in Steamboat yesterday, and both had a low end hesitation (bog). Just wondering if anyone else has had any trouble with the low end since going to the 3d Mapping. The top ends were a little fat for my liking, but I was able to clean that up fairly easily, and neither sled hit the det sensor all day. Ride took place at 8500-10000', in about 3' of fresh blower snow. If I can get the bottom end cleaned up, this sled is going to be ridiculous!

are you refering to the ACCE and DCEL? What does these even stand for? I dont know much about tunning but I am at Acce 00 00 08 and Dcel 01 04 08 on straight 100LL. I think it can be better any help is much appreciated.
