How about Hess's "dislocated knee"?
I was watching that and the dude was on his back ready to pull guard and that leg looked messed up. It didn't click with me what I was seeing...but I said to my son "his leg looks weird".
He tries to stand up and wobbles like he'd been hit.
Oh man when the doc examed him...he moved that tib/fib out of the way...OMFG that was nasty.
THAT is "dislocated"? No way. Look at the replay when it came loose. That HAS to be a fracture.
Round 3.

Hess is a BAD AZZ. He kept fighting. He NEVER gave up. Can you imagine trying to hook your ankles and hold pressure in full guard with that knee messed up like that? MAN!!!!!!!!!!
