Anyone run a boss pro series seat?

Found a slick deal on a new boss pro series seat. Anyone have any input? I see it has a collapsable storage pouch, is it water
Proof? Looks to be a good size. Doesn't Seem to say anything on there site.

Boss seat

Love the storage and the seats very comfortable .....but it's not waterproof. Still like it though.
