Anyone riding rubies out of elko

I was up yesterday, last weeks snowstorm is fairly well set-up but we finally have decent coverage. I had a blast yesterday, climbed all the crazy narrow chutes. Eight miles of moguls up the road almost sucks the life out of you before you hit the mountain though.

Its FUN! we burned more than 3/4 of a tank in 50 miles a few days ago. The snow was good and the coverage is acceptable, I know there are still a few chutes Adrenaline Addict is waiting to fill in though? haha

Hey Z, forgot there was anyone over here on SnoWest that followed us anymore! I have more rides on the Sierras than here in Lamoille... Just barely got my first ride in up here a few days ago, so here ya go!:

My buddy Mitch Lesbo:

Yessir, Joe. Good stuff.

FYI - The herd from Reno is heading up on the 28th to meet the SLC gang for their annual "CF" at Lamoille and parts unknown. They'll be rockin-N-rollin at Bil Toki Thurs-Sat. They'll wear out the B-tender's arm making "Picons". They will be crashing at the T-Bird Motel. Makes it easier to crawl home from BT.

Let me know when you're going to be on the hill again Joe, I always have fun riding with you. The rebuilt top end is working fantastic, much stronger than last year for some reason. I should be ready to ride with a little less pain by the weekend, I got bucked off by a stump Saturday, sled ran quite far up the mountain then came down backwards and mowed me down.:face-icon-small-blu

I can only chuckle Scott 'cause I've been there, done that!:yo: I saw your sled was in Winnemucca, when i went to collect mine. Hoping to start hitting the hill every OTHER Sun-Tues or so... starting NEXT weekend. I'll fo' sho' letcha' know!!!

Because Z-RIDER asked!...

Heres how Lamoille Canyon has been for the crew of Highcountry Octane Productions, through the month of February:

Been awhile since we updated... there have been storms rolling through pretty consistent for the last week. I dont think any of them were "monster dumps"... but each one added a new layer, and there is a really good base. The good snow is high, but there is plenty of it. This photo was taken April 2nd, and we're headed up again today...
