Anyone know the fine for no trail pass in alberta?

I know a couple of people that refuse to buy them they feel no one can stop them from going on crown land. I have explained what the passes pay for but I need to be able to tell them they can be fined or ??

Wait.... There's trail passes here? Which area? Like, Whitecourt? Not sure what the fine is, but i'd say it's more a goodwill thing than anything, but am not sure....

not sure about trail passes in alberta, but in bc i think they are NOT mandatory. but the groomers will just stop grooming the trails if nobody pays. then have fun riding around. i know this happened at silent pass a few years ago. not enough people were paying their fees, so they(the club?) quit grooming there. NOW THAT SUCKED. way too far of a ride in and out to not be groomed. it easy, pay the frigggin fees. if you can't afford it, maybe you shouldn't be riding!!!! just my $.03

Fo sho, buck up or fug off.

There is no trail passes to go on crown land. Just registration and insurance. If you're using a snowmobile clubs groomed trails, then there is a fee to the club.
