just bought a pc3 and going to put the full slp system with bdx intake is anyone elese running the same thing with a map? thanks,

i posted that about racinstation having one. Eric says he does over there and he was making me one it just took a bit to long, (i'm sure he was just very busy so not knocking on them in any way) so i ordered one from slp.
The tech i spoke to seemed set on the slp intake sucking more air due to how the air is funneled in through the stock plenums. he used some big fancy word that i forgot
the tech suggested that since the slpintake is more efficient and draws in more air that we can use the map with the bdx intake it just may be a little rich on the bottom and midrage as its getting less air. top end he figured would be fine.
i bought the pc3 from slp with the m1000 map and have it installed and seems to be fine for having it up on the stand. plugs look good and runs well. HAVENT TESTED IT IN THE SNOW YET

Thanks for the good info. So slp is saying that their intake is better? I just wish there was a better alternative to their intake during the spring when it's time to pull the hood besides just covering the plenum with something.
