Anyone got a Silber Turbo on their Pro yet?

Just wondering if anyone has got one of Silber's kits installed and ran yet, on a Pro. Really curious if the same alleged problems are present, as some are reporting from their BD kits (Det). Please post if you have experience and let us all know how the different builders kits are working.

I have not heard of any "volume production" of kits that are using the Dobek control boxes.

I wonder if this is the hold up??

Most of them are shipping next week.

We waited until we had all the bugs worked out of them.

The pros are very difficult to get to run correctly. I am pretty sure every pro kit that is on the snow right now is going to need an update. If you want it to have any bottom end response.

You can say what you want, but we have got numerous reports from alot of good sources, and they all say They dont run for S***.

Sorry for the delay in shipping, but it will be well worth your time.

Keep updated for our fix to get this buggies to run:face-icon-small-hap

I know of one more turbo kit manufacturer that has them fiqured out too. Hats off to them and all there R and D time. Sorry MH it's not BD.

Good to hear. My buddy's BD Pro is running so poorly on the bottom end and detonation issues that I went w/ a carb turbo XP-should be here next week. It cannot run any worse than the Pro. Can't wait to see a turbo Pro running well, it should make for an awesome sled.

Good luck with that. My buddy has one and it has took some fun out of sledding. He is getting it figured out and starting to have fun this year. I think your going to wish you got the pro when your buddy gets his figured out.

I am aware of many of the problems that are being reported. However, I am not sure I am clear as to the cause. Do you think the current issues are a matter of tuning, the det sensor, or some other cause??
Most importantly are your kits having the same issues now or have they been cleared up at this point???
I guess what I am asking is will your kits when shipped still be in need of an update or will they be dialed in right out of the box??
Thanks

My biggest question also.

Don't mind the delay at all if the end result is a product that has been thoroughly tested, and runs correctly. Looking forward to getting back on boost!

How come the Twisted kit has such unreal bottom end then (see with own eyes)? I am a Silber fan and know the guys at Twisted well and have had a number of their Cats. This is an honest question from a prospective Pro Turbo buyer who simply wants the best kit.

I am sure the twisted kit is very close just like the others, We started with close to the same setup and couldnt get them to work on the bottom end, but I am very picky and ride our sleds in the trees so they have to have awesome bottom end response.

There is a video posted of the twisted pro kit running, and you can clearly hear it load up on the bottom end, the user has to feather the throttle to get it to clear up.

We have the fix for the pros and are very confident in our system. Sorry thats the most information I can give you on that.

Yes our kits had this problem, I am pretty sure all of the pros with any turbo kit will have this problem.

Can some people with other kits post some videos on these sleds in fresh snow and pin them from a dead stop. From all the reports from people that got their kits from other builders they dont work, and completely flood out.

Sorry to keep asking the same question Justin, but just to clear things up, Your kits HAD, the same issues as everyone elses kits (but it is fixed on the ones you are shipping out), or are you still working on a solution, that will require an update?

Yes we HAD the same issue.

It is fixed, and wont require any updates.

Thanks
