Actually it's just getting to be prime mtn biking quad and dirt biking weather !
With the cooler weather and soon ( hopfully ) some precip to tack down the dust. I rather ride my quad on 3" of snow than my sled. Way FUN !

Nope..plus I was going the wrong way! Around the entire city block with the traffic was TOO FAR!@ Kind of a shocking surprise to the other motorists in the area.
Jim Phelan was peeved that I didn't give him a chance to film it for a down the road Thunderstruck or promo vid. Generally when I am breaking the law I try to avoid that kind of video proof. It takes plausable deniability completely out of your defense arguement!

Me, Emilie Moreshead (Skadi) and a bunch of friends rode snow in McCall a couple weekends ago and it was certanly deep enough to ride the sleds on! 
What elevation were you at around McCall with that much snow, do you think there is still that much left.

Wait ALL SUMMER for snow to take the sleds out... get 13" and take the bikes! Looks like fun!Not really enough snow....but some of our locals went anyway! Oct 8 northwest of Cranbrook B.C.
