I was up there sunday... and it was MUCH worse than anywhere else I've ridden in the last month.
I was honestly AMAZED at how bare the place was.
This isn't some "stay in denver, don't ride my backyard" thing, it's honestly, really bad.
We rode for probably 45 min & left.
If you're looking to stay close-ish, and ride the higher stuff, I'd give corona a try, it's been pretty decent over there.
I'm pretty amazed that the cat op is even trying to rape customers into thinking that a day up there is worth anything right now... the wind has been unreal there.

Ya I just stayed home.
I'm all corona'd out to be honest.... Been there to many times this season
Sucks to hear about jones.... I havn't been there in probably a month because it was completely bare then also.
Couldn't get anyone to go so I'm spending my saturday and sunday at home tinkering and putting on my wrap.

yeah... I thought not having been there in 6 or 7 weeks it HAD to be pretty decent by now...
I was wrong.
It was the easiest it's ever been for me to leave that early... just had no desire to even ride anymore, it was pretty depressing. Usually we ride up there till july... this year I bet we're done by may, if it's even worth being there then.
