Hmmm..... interesting idea, but would there be any advantage to huge squishy tires compared to tracks?
Possibly this advantage but not sure if the full size rig would function the same in the water.

I did notice on that "tank" the handle grips look like they are about 4 ft apart for enough steering leverage.

Pretty funky lookin, tire look they came off one of those water three wheelers that you pedal.
copy of a rolagon used in the alaskan oilfield, don't have link right handy but the make them into trains to haul over tundra,
looks like it needs some Camber/Caster adjustment
