Anyone ever convert an enclosed trailer into a camper?

Looking to get dual use out of my Wells Cargo trailer. Don't really want to buy another trailer, was thinking of converting the snowmobile trailer into summer time camper. Doesn't need to have all the luxurys of a full time camper, add a few windows, maybe fold down bunks, some kind of heater that could also be used for sledding?? Anyone have ideas. Thanks for any help.

Ive seen it done! My 2 place haulmark has been used in many of deer camp. They work great due to the overall height of the deck. Cabellas has a small wood stove you can install and the chimney goes out the fuel door! If you have one with the insulation they stay pretty warm.

in my featherlight we put 4 fold down bunks with cables to the wall they are pretty comfortable slept in it all fall stays warm with the rv heater and insuliated walls and floor.
hopfully it will stay warm enough to stay in the winter to sled from
