located in beaver dam wi
about 40 min. from either madison or milwauke

you can do it, there is no reason to pay anyone to work on your sled

what are your symptoms? whats going on?

post it up and we will help, we can help you to figure out whats wrong

the group of 900 guys on here is the best resource you will ever find

if you can turn a wrench, we can help you fix it :nerd:

come on man..you can fix it...

i will assure you it your TPS (on your throttle bodies) that needs adjusted...and you should also replace your TPS harness...p/n#2203165

or cart that bad boy to MT, and me and Skisucca will get it fixed for you...for some brews ;)

They are right with what they say, my first 900 and first engine removal. I've read a awful lot on here and learned from it enough to get the nads to work on my own stuff. As a matter of fact I pulled the motor out (which is easy and common for these guys) but I NEVER opened my servise manual once!
I just left my puter on that portion of where I was in tear down. Actually it was a waste of 60 bucks for the service manual, it's kinda "dicey". imo.
You can do it! I build roads for a living not sleds until now!

I live in johnson creek wi so im really close to u but i agree with these guys. All u gotta do is have a little confidence and u can get it done. These sleds really arent that hard to work on especially when u have the help from everybody on here!

Just gotta be willing to read, read and then read. Then question the heck out of us. Patience and perseverance will prevail! We have all been there bud.

gonna hit it again tommorrow so u all better be at the computer tommorrow night for question hour :face-icon-small-hap
gotta get a tps also i guess but will try some other basics to make sure i didnt miss anything, thanx for all the input and push to do it myself i can build a rebuild mx bike so once i get this down i guess a sled should be a little similair..

dat a boy! I just had a good/bad day with mine. Fuel rail bolt (allen) striped head, and water pump bolt snaped. Took the wind outta my sail, but I know that I'm down for the year so I'll take my time and not rush it.

speaking of Rush.....800R ring a bell?
