anybody use exhaust jack?

Anybody ever tried using an exhaust jack to lift a sled out when stuck? I have a snowmobile jack which works great but have seen the exhaust jacks lifting ATV's, side by sides, trucks, etc and thought could probably push one under the track when stuck and hold tube up to snowmobile exhaust, lift snowmobile then push the sled off to the side like do with snowmobile jack.

Surprised this doesn't stall the engine, pretty neat gadget though. I've used similar airbags in mine rescue before and it's amazing what they'll lift for their size.

my thinking is that by the time I have dug a hole big enough for that to fit under my track. Then dig to where I could get to the exhaust. I could just dig around it stomp a little bit out front and I back going.
Or just roll it over out of its track and away you go.

Cool gadget, first time seeing that.

My first thought would be.....you need a solid base for the air bag to push against, otherwise it would just sink.

This is what I envisioned when you said STUCK SLED

seriously if you have to carry around a jack, why dont you put pink ribbons on the end of your handbars.

With the exception of anything that says yamaha, or you are from the east and coming to the west.

with the sleds are good as they are these days there is NO excuse for getting stuck on the flat IMO. with that being said this is the only place i could see one of these being practical......any kind of hill what so ever, just roll it, or stomp and drag......the extra strength you get will help preventing you from getting stuck in the first place.......

Ive managed a time or two :face-icon-small-hap But rolling is by far the easiest way to get unstuck.
