Anybody use a Snowpulse?

I too like the idea of it wrapping around one's head. It looks very similar to the ABS pack, but uses regular compressed compared to nitrogen. The canister on the snowpulse is bigger and looks more cumbersome than the ABS pack. My guess is that their just getting started to try and compete with the ABS pack and if it takes off they will be more refined in a couple years.

I wonder how badly a person's vision is impaired by the air bag once you pull the cord and then try to escape using the sled.

How easy would it be to hook the handle while riding through the trees?

Any risk that is there would be mitigated by the abilty to self refill. Any welding ship should have nitrogen.

sorry, but my first thought is that it is a way to have your head up your *** for those that are too old and fat to do it themselves.

http://www.snowpulse.com/ seems like a handy unit,protects the head area much better than anything else on the market.Being able to test and refill yourself will be nice.I like the design (from what I can see)much more than ABS bags.Maybe with a bit of competition ,the prices will get a bit more reasonable for us to buy either setup.
