Anybody try these? OSP, jackshaft support, engine bumbstop

These have been out for a year.....

I sold probably 3 dozen of each. If you have a bonified belt blower (200 km or less on a belt) these will most likely not be your answer. I did these pieces with team clutches in a shotgun approach last year and had around an 80% success rate. They do exactly what they should do. But if parallelism is the source of your belt issues the JS brace won't do anything for that and the engine stopper will only help if your motor needs to get pushed ahead. I am not bashing the OSP prouduct, I sell it too. Before we had enough data to support parallelism issues these were the best choices to deal with flexing etc. I still use the engine stopper with the TCL delete kits as it helps with needed horizontal alignment.

Thanks for the info. I knew they had been out for awhile but I have not heard anyone talk about them.

I am building another 1100t. It is brand new 0 miles 2013. I am putting a big chute turbo kit on it. And I like to only tear it all apart once and be done, I am trying to decide what things I should definitely do and what things I should wait on till I see how it all performs.

clutch

I did the OSP jackshaft support, engine snubber, Belanger jackshaft and heat shield. These items did nothing for eliminating the heat that the secondary creates! Don't get me wrong. I think these areas need to be addressed. Its time to get the secondary update or a team secondary! The primary is not nearly as hot as the secondary.

you need to take both parallel measurements BEFORE buying anything. See how good your sled has been put together then make your purchases based on that. Some parts need to be upgraded regardless of how well it's been assembled IMO

Agreed!!!- and vent the clutch area to rid the chamber of heat- the "Big Fin" is an improvement as is the team tied- but a gotta loose that heat along with ensuring the parallel as Joe had said above........

Yes, lots of venting!

Forgot to mention I have manifold and turbo blankets, intercooler fan and venting everywhere. My sled is not a belt blower... but it seems as though the belt is slipping in the secondary.

jackshaft support and a torsional kit on my secondary has had a huge impact on mine. clutch temps substantially lower and have not blown a belt since.
