Anybody straighten Crankshafts in CO?

Two thoughts: have you looked on ksl.com or ebay for used ones? should be a few around.

Try putting a call into Indy Dan. From what I hear he can repair any crank, not just Polaris. Yeah, that's right. Dogmeat sent his Cat crank to him this last Fall.

crank

had alpine send mine to cat for rebuild only $550 worth the money to know everthing is new down there

Well, did you find one yet? :face-icon-small-hap

Yep, talked to him and Eric at RS. Rather not send it to Welsh, MN if I can get it done local.

Right. Just a bent snub from a blown clutch on a 1500 mile crank, so I'll go with the sub $200 option :face-icon-small-win

Talked to Doug. Sounds plenty competent... Gonna drop it off with him. Beats building a shipping box and paying shipping too.
