I was going through my sled today after i got it back from the dealership. The work they performed was the new update. I came across this o- ring sitting just under the air box on the mag side... anybody recognize this???

yes, it is the primary o-ring that seals the injector into the cylinder..there is also an outer green colored seal to keep dirt, and stuff from getting in....hopefully they replaced them and that was an old one..when its running watch around the injectors real close for fuel leakage...

That's what it looks like but...... the stock O ring is brown. Also the brown is the outer, the green is the inner.

That does appear to be an injector o-ring, which FYI can be either black or brown in the new kits, chances are that it was a case of leaving the old ones in there, but for what it will take bring it back in to them on tuesday and have him check it over, and tell him to leave his cell phone at home and quit listening to french dance music when he's supposed to be building engines.

LOL.... nice. That sh!t was on bust the last time Bob brought me in the back. I'll get him to check it over for the time it takes and the piece of mind! Thanks guys!! :beer;

It dawned on me that there is a 3rd O ring also, on the other end of the injector where it goes into the rail. That one is black.
