I have also been waiting, every time I phone I get put off. The last I was told they were testing in the mountains and would let us know how things turned out. Hope that they get things to come together as the xp's power is very low and needs some real help.

Same here, keep saying they are working on it.. It'll be spring by then...

Talked to them yesterday, they are busy and working over the holidays so cut them some slack. They were really helpful and they called me back when I left a message, I realise its frustrating sometimes, but please be patient. Jaws makes a good product IMO and you have to know that when they come they will perform as promised. they could have just slapped something together and stuffed it in a box to make you happy instead of building a quality product.
