Anybody ever try a ogio flak jacket

Thought this might be less bulky then my pack. I would have to scale down on gear but.............

Only thing I dont like is theres no place for extra layers ?

my wari Avalnace Flotation Device uses the ogio flack jacket and i love it. comfortable to ware even with the extra weight of the Co2 tank.

No it does not double as a Tekvest. Ogio has always been at the top of bag technology and the Flak does not short out at all. It works very very well but as others said you are kinda stuck with under layers. The best part is that it always fits perfect and never moves around or shifts on you.

Great product I would just love to see some more avalanche technology built in to it. I wish someone like ogio or dakine would come out with a avy bag as the ones out there really fall short in the bag portion of the pack.

The idea of not being able to carry extra layers or have a place to put layers taken off seems to not fit my needs. I really like the idea, just not sure yet.

Seems well thought out, clearly ogio builds stuff decent...............

Did anyone know summer sucks, anyone ? Did I allready mention that ?
