Wanted to let everyone know of a newer option in the sled hauling arena...a cross between the traditional 7' wide inline trailer and the full 8.5' wide deck over trailers.
I ordered an all aluminum 2020 EZ Hauler (made by Alcom who makes Mission) which is 7.5' wide with an 18' box plus 5' V. This is an ideal 3 place trailer with plenty of room to spare for gear and whatnot. The other thing is, it's 87" wide inside which will be VERY close to hauling 2 modern mountain machines side by side (haven't tried yet to confirm). I also added an extra 12" of height, so it's like 84" inside height with ample rear door opening for a tall side by side (should the wife ever allow me to get one).
Anyway, thought this might be an option for people when considering a new trailer. It's easy to pull (it weighs like 1,900lbs) and I can still see around it with my new GMC 1/2 ton truck
