Anybody Completely Happy With The 16 Axys Over 1000 Miles?

I've got 1900 miles on my '16 AXYS. Silber turbo since day one. I love the sled and have ridden the piss out of it. I replaced the pistons at the beginning of the season for preventative measure, the old ones looked perfect. I recently had an exhaust temp sensor go bad. This has been a issue on my prior sleds as well. The mountain bar broke off after a nasty roll over a rocky area. I haven't had any relay issues, and almost all of the parts I have replaced are due to me breaking them. There are things that I'd like to improve on if I were on the engineering team, but I will absolutely buy another.

What are the symptoms of a exhaust temp sensor failure?

Happy till yesterday s ride. Bought a used 2016 at the beginning of the season with 950 miles. Probable have a about 1400 miles now. I noticed an rpm loss not getting the 8300 rpm I had at the beginning of the season, even with cleaning the clutches and new belt. Back to yesterdays ride, it felt like it cut out once or twice for a quick second in the morning. Then I climbed a small hill , when I landed on top it shut off , then later going thru a field at 30-40 mph it shut off. I did not bump the kill switch at any time. Any time it shut off by its self it would start right back up. Question is the loss of rpm tips or do power valves need cleaning? And is the cutting out the relays?? Love the sled, the only complaint is the glove box up front could be bigger. And maybe if they can come up with an 850 version

Do you have a tether? If so check your connections on that, it can cause cutting out an from loss as well

kinda funny the OP asked "with over a 1000 miles" lots of pre milers in here. Rightfully should be over 2k.

In my case, the plug electrode started loosening from the porcelain. The gap, naturally goes huge and the sled runs on 1 cylinder. A buddy has digital wrench and it showed a ton of codes for the sensor.

My reverse started working intermittently, it stopped totally today, so I looked into it and the wires right at the steering post broke.

I'm about 50 or so miles from a 1000 and I can tell you I couldn't be happier with how it handles and runs. Ive had a few few minor set backs with mine but Polaris has been very good about the warranty. The pure joy I get from riding it definitely makes you forget about that real quick.

2400 miles, still running original drive belt and QD belt. Broke off ice scratchers first week, put on brp ice scratchers and have left them down since then = track is fine.

Issues:
Rubbing coolant hose
Replaced ski rubbers several times
Reverse sometimes works intermittently
Cylinderfoot gasket pto side towards rear is "sweating"
Front torque arm broke last week lower left side near weld, possibly welded too hot, covered by warranty.

The sled rips and always starts on second pull.
