any truth to xp 1000?

been hearing rumors about a 1000cc coming back next year in the xp? has any one heard any thing?

have heard it may be an early release next year. they put a lot of time to build the motor, don't think they'd be ready to shelve it just yet...

I did hear that from a dealer. He said it is going to happen. But same old story you here every year. Im know there will be alot of people who would have not traded in there sleds for the xp and waited.

The latest SnoTrax mag had a blurb on this and they feel it'll happen in the next year or two, just to good of a motor to toss it.....Sherm

I have heard that doo has a Jan. release of somehting. Dont know what , some say RT1000 in the MXZ trim, but no summit this year. We'll just have to wait and see. Get out and ride and have fun in the meantime.

Mine came in late DEC. due to the fact that they recalled them before most made it to the dealers. They relized that they needed the flywheele on them to ballance the crank. So the ones that made it to the dealers got fixed there. All the one still on trucks got turned around and sent back, fixed, and reshipped.

Heard the same thing. It will be happening hopefully. It just sucks that they canned the Mach Z after customers had ordered and are now planning to release a 1000 cc class sled after pi$$ing everyone off. would have been nice to see them say: "We will offer the XP in a 1000cc configuration" before they began taking orders for the production of the Mach Z.

C'mon, they knew they were going to do it. Another great customer service move by BRP, IMO.
