any one putt a 162 camo extreme on a apex

has any one putt a camo extreme on a stock tunel with out a drop and roll it looks like it would be tight but i think if u grind that little lip off the bulk head it would fit or has any one cut a 1/4 inch off the lug how does this work for the track in deep snow or climbing??

some one has to no something

I put a challenger extreme on my Apex and fits good with no trimming. I also installed a set of Avid's at the same time. Just to let you know I did pick up some vibration and it is not from rubbing. Not sure if it is the track or the Avid's or combination of both.

Cheers

what he said....same experience

RUSAVED just put the Avids and the track on his sled without any trimming, it does add vibration but he still went 109 mph the other day and it hooks up like crazy.

It is probably the track for the best all around performance on the turbo Apex.

Don't worry about the vibration. It is a BIG lugged track. It works well. You won't be dissapointed.

I,installed a camo on my t-apex put 50 miles on it and it vibrated like a mother took it off and sold it. I know it wasn't rubbing I think it was a combo of my timbersled skid and my whal bro drivers plus the track. Wish i could have figuerd it out,put the old mavrick back on and not one bit of vibration.

I have one on mine with stock drivers. Same story, it has some vibration. I only notice the vibration going down the trail or if I'm coasting. If you have it WFO, you shouldn't notice much of it. I had mine on the stand the other day and it looked to me like the inner lugs on the track are what's causing it. It's like they are too steep and hangup on the driver side lugs, not the extroverts. I trimmed the corner off the outside of each paddle to minimize any clearance issues. I do have some wear showing on the center of the outer paddles where it rubs on something.

I dont know if this is any help I love the track but avid drivers, ez ryde and ve tunnel I dont notice any vibration 115mph in MCCall sled felt great nice trail to.

Fits great no problems with mine. I did the Avids at the same time as well. I figured the vibration came from the drivers not the track. Since I have put more and more miles on it I don't really notice the vibration any more.

It was money WELL spent. I figure it climbs about the same in the powder, but hooks up much much better on the hardpack. With what I sold my maverick for it only cost me about $300 for the swap. I love it.
