I ask this question earlier with little response so I called Boondocker. Turns out they are focused on updates to the kit this year and arent really interested in talking about it. I have seem the way other companies copied their stuff so I understand why.
I did get some info out of them and there are changes coming. My understanding is the focus will be on electronics...fuel and boost control. I honestly think as well as the kit worked last year I would be hesitate to make changes LOL.
After talking with them I got off the phone thinking they believe most of the trouble they have with their kits come from unqualified people installing them and whatever they are doing will make the install easier. From what Ive seen on the mountain they are probably right, there are a lot of guys running turbos who dont know enough about them to fix very minor issues.
Sounds like they plan on having kits ready to ship in Sept or Oct but didnt commit to a date.
