I may have found local guy here that selling a 2012 pro with 1700 miles on it. If I buy it do plan on doing the top end just because its the way I am. Sled is in excellent condition. I guess these are the chain instead of the belt drive.

Do the 2012 pro's have the same suspension as the 14's? Are they the same width in the front? I have two 14 pro's and like the way they ride and wanting to get this 2012 for my son.

Same geometry-- front shocks are slightly shorter because they are mounted a little higher on the aluminum casting.
Front and rear track shocks are the same.

If you like 2014 handling, you will like 2012 handling. Install a spacer and longer piston and ride it.

Clarifying point - the 13-15 pro's have the shorter front shocks. All non-pro RMKs (aka "standard", 11-15, with steel a-arms, and 11-12 Pros, have the slightly longer shock length. In 15, there were snowcheck non-Pro RMKs with bonded a-arms, not steel, that came with the shorter front shocks. If the a-arms are steel, the shocks are longer.

Of course, Assault's are another case altogether. Can't mix and match with them, either.
