Spring could be binding...But id think you'd over on R's if thats the case. Might be worth a shot to try a new (but same) spring, if you already havent.

Also...try the stock can. Some have had issues with the HPS can. I've always liked them but for some reason the PA head and HPS can has been an issue for some. It's a long shot but worth trying and free to do.

I don't have the hps, I have the stock can installed.
