Any idea where this goes?

I had my hood off for several weeks this summer while I did some work to my sled, a 2012 Pro. The hood had been sitting on a bench and when I lifted it up to put it on I found this bolt underneath it, like it fell out of the hood somewhere.

I've been checking OEM diagrams, but can't seem to find where it goes, or if it even belongs to the sled. Anyone have any ideas?

i'm thinking its part of the headlight adjuster deal, the bigger adjusting wheel connects with the "gear" on that piece, its not on any diagrams that I know of, I may be wrong but when I did headlight delete on my 2011 I kind of remember it ?? Good luck
