Looking at opinions on running a 162x15x2.5 extreme vs 162x16x2.5 extreme on a boosted pex. Pros and cons?

Thanks in advance

I run a 15 wide and love it sled sidehills way easier especialy in spring conditions. Never missed the floatation at all --- it makes the sled feel so much lighter in the trees.

cheers...........

15

i really like my 15 wide c.e but would like a little more floatation, next track will be 16 forsure.

I have a 15 wide under my yamadoo.. it made it WAY easier to carve/sidehill.. cuts into the snow a tiny bit more, but the handling is worth it.. not like the t-apex lacks the ability to get up on the snow!!

I was thinking it would give it a little more room to move snow and little easier to roll over at low speeds in the trees. Thanks for the input

I am going to try a 15 wide next season. Hopefully camo will produce a 174x3x15 wide otherwise i'm going to be cutting up a perfectly good track.

i had the 15 and 16 on my turbo vector....16 way better imo....much better flotation and very little difference in maneuverability. Everyone says its so much easier to turn and carve the 15 but that was not my experience the 16 carved just fine.
