Dying to get my first ride in this Friday Leaning towards Cottonwood but open.

I’m striking out left n right. Seems everybody is out town, broke down, working etc. I even asked a couple neighbors whos always asking to go as well … nothing. I might need to change my deodorant.

Try XC or Mule on BCR. Not from the Springs but they always leave from Littleton. Both should know RE pretty well by now.

Think I’m going to bail on this trip. Took me over 2hrs just to go down to Fountain & back. Multiple wrecks & dozens of cars in the ditch with more snow coming. Can’t imagine the roads being any better in the morning; probably turn into a 5hr trip each way.

I still plan on heading north as long as the roads are open and Tyler is still planning on heading up....
Bad roads translate to leaving earlier...

Ending up going to Cottonwood Saturday w/ my cousin. -17 going through south park so it was a chilly day especially with no handwarmers Cottonwood had decent powder in the trees but didn’t really seem to get much out of the last storm.
