Hi guys, Having a problems tuning my apex mtn, I'll give a run down of what I done so far.
Riding in Australia at 4500 to 6500 ft
Rider weight 80kgs
06 APEX MTN 163"
Aftermarket exhaust pipe(RS3 Yoshi R1)
Mod air box
Powercommander3
Hartman custom helix
Primary spring YPY
Sec White
Clutch weights 8ND-10 (39.76)

With the new set up the sled is reving way to much (7000 at 31ks)
Now the clutch engagement is at 4600 and I want it back to stock (3500)
Riding mainly trails with a little climbing.
What can I do to lower the RPM'S?
Would ordering the stock 8FS-17605-00 weights do the job?

Cheers,
Niko.

I think we need more information about your problems? To decrease clutch engagement easiest is probably to get a weaker spring or a duel rate with a lower then what you have for stock spring now.

"sled is reving way to much (7000 at 31ks)"

This is not making much sense to me maybe you could explain it more.

I am sure the "stock" guys can give you some better guide lines. What type of riding are you doing and what are the snow condition typically?

So the sled is doing 7000rpm at 30 kms. I've put in a ypy spring and will try the stock apex mtn weights soon to see if it will fix the high engagment.
