How they doing? Worth it? How they climb and get up on snow with steep approach angle? How's the ski? Short track work in deep almost as good as previous long track?

Took mine out yesterday wasn't super deep maybe a foot of fresh and a 3 foot base. Man did that thing hook up I did some hill climbs that I would of never made on my 15 lt. the front ski really preformed well except in the shallow snow u would catch it on stuff in my opinion it's worth every penny. Just be sure to beef up the top of your spindle they are week
Please explain beefing up the spindle?
Like bolt in cross braces?
Or weld in plates?
Are talking about the nut and washer pulling through? If that's the case should be able to put a bigger round grade 8 washer. Can you show a picture of what is going on with that. Would like to make something to prevent this.Personally I would weld the slots on the top of the spindle then drill like the old models. Then I would add a spacer or two to the front fork clamp bolt a buddy of mine is riding a camso ski right now because his failed on the trail and my bolts are starting to pull through the slots. There just not strong enough

You on a long or short aro snow donkey?
what is causing the timbersled rolling resistance to be that much higher than the other kits?
If rolling resistance is that noticeably different, shouldnt there be a noticeable reduction in speed/performance of the timbersled kit?
All of the side by side comparisons I have seen have the timbersled performing the same as competing kits.

I rode my ARO 120 LE with tss yesterday for the first time. I don't really have anything to compare it to though. I loved it. Came home and ordered a rekluse though. Definitely a must for me. I tipped it over way too many times when stopping or starting and grabbing that clutch is hard with snow gloves and when having an arm that's super tired.so one person has ridden an ARO?
When on the road wanting to transition to the side powder it was much better than the MH. Typically you have to look for a good opening or transition to get to the higher area, but the new ski seem to climb up the bank with no problem. Even my buddy noticed that with only an hour of seat time.
Nice write up , for those that are running the older TS and would like some of the handling the new ski offers for cutting over the bolt pattern on the outside wear bars of the TS ski is the same as the Simmons Gen II ski that was made for the Hawks that uses a similar or maybe the same side plate that the ARO ski uses ? A lot more bite than the wear bar or half pipe . Price of a new ski might not be worth it to some .
