Any Advice?

I notice yesterday I could only pull about 7700 RPM's. I was in about 3 feet of powder and easing into the throttle to check my RPM's and was told I am supposed to get 8100 RPM's under a load and was wondering what I should do to try to fix this.

I was only at about 7,500 Feet.

go to lighter weights in the primary, ie if ya got 64's go to 62's.

Also make sure your belt deflection is setup correctly.
